After breakfast, begin your exploration of Lima’s historic old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with fascinating colonial architecture. Your tour starts at Casa Aliaga, the only 16th century colonial house still owned by the same family. Next, enjoy a scenic tour of Lima’s colonial downtown, featuring the Main Square with its impressive Spanish Empire architecture and the 16th-century Cathedral of Lima.
You will then head to the traditional Pueblo Libre district, where you will visit the Larco Museum, located in a beautifully restored vice regal mansion built on a 7th-century pre-Columbian pyramid. The museum showcases an extensive collection of pre-Hispanic gold and silver artifacts. You will return to your hotel and will have the afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Lima. (Breakfast)
-
Following breakfast, you will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Arequipa.
Upon arrival in Arequipa, you will be transferred to your hotel. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, your tour begins with a visit to Carmen Alto for a panoramic view of the Arequipa countryside. You will then continue to the district of Yanahuara before visiting the Church of the Compañia de Jesus. The tour concludes at Arequipa’s beautiful Main Square, followed by a visit of the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a cloistered convent built in 1579, that is still in use to this date. Afterward, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight in Arequipa. (Breakfast)

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll depart for Puno, traveling through the marvelous landscapes of the Andes as you ascend toward the high plains of the Altiplano. You will pass through the Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve where you might see vicuñas, an indigenous Andean camelid. After enjoying your box lunch on the bus, you will visit the ancient necropolis of Sillustani, known for its towering funerary towers (chullpas). In the late afternoon, you will arrive in Puno and check into your hotel. You will have an evening at leisure, and we invite you to take this time to relax and gradually acclimate to the altitude. Dinner at leisure and overnight in Puno. (Breakfast-Lunch)

Following breakfast, your excursion on Lake Titicaca begins with a motorboat crossing to Taquile Island. This island is home to a native Peruvian community that still speaks Quechua and has developed a unique social structure along with very refined textile art over the centuries. You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the evening, you will discover the warmth and hospitality of an island family who will welcome you with a delicious dinner and provide a traditional room for your overnight stay. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)
-
After breakfast, you will take a motorboat to visit the floating islands of Uros. This very ancient culture inhabits a series of artificial islands off the coast of Puno, which are constructed from creed plants native to the lake’s shores. You will then return to Puno in the afternoon and have the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at leisure and overnight in Puno (Breakfast)
-
After breakfast, you will embark on your journey to the heart of the Inca Empire. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the highlands, dotted with small Andean villages and local wildlife. Along the way, you will visit the archaeological sites of Pucará (dating from 200 BC to 300 AD) and Racchi where you will admire the ruins of an Inca temple (a remarkable rectangular construction that measures 30 meters wide and 20 meters high) dedicated to the creator god Wiracocha. You will also visit Andahuaylillas known for its main attraction: a church often referred to as the "Sistine Chapel of the Americas" due to its impressive works of art. Upon your arrival in Cusco, you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight in Cusco. (Breakfast-Lunch)
-
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco to visit the town of Chinchero, where you will enjoy stunning views of the valley. The inhabitants of this area preserve the artisan traditions and the inherited knowledge of the Incas which they display in their clothes and customs. Here, you’ll also find archaeological remains and a beautiful 17th-century church, one of the first Catholic buildings in Peru.
Next, you will be transferred to the Living Museum of Yucay, a center dedicated to Andean traditions and cultural interpretations. After enjoying a delicious buffet-style lunch in the Sacred Valley, you will continue your journey to Ollantaytambo, you will experience the unique Andean atmosphere as this town still follows original Inca urban planning and has been inhabited since then. At the end of this activity, transfer to your hotel in Sacred Valley. Dinner at leisure and overnight in Sacred Valley. (Breakfast-Lunch)
-
Following breakfast, your Machu Picchu excursion will begin with a scenic 90-minute train journey from Ollantaytambo station to Aguas Calientes. After a quick bus transfer, you will arrive at Machu Picchu, the "lost city of the Incas". This remarkable archaeological site was built in 1450 by the Inca Pachacutec as a holiday residence. A century later, the citadel was abandoned following the Spanish conquest, fleeing destruction as other Inca sites have known. The vegetation then gradually invaded its stone buildings and hid it, thus protecting it for centuries. During your guided tour, you will uncover the fascinating history and origins of this impressive site. After the visit, return by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch, and then return to Ollantaytambo by train. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Cusco for a dinner at leisure and your overnight stay. (Breakfast-Lunch)
* Please note that due to train restrictions, you will need to pack a light backpack for your full-day tour of Machu Picchu. Your main luggage will be waiting for you at your hotel in Cusco.
-
Following breakfast, you will explore the wonderful city of Cusco on a walking tour. Begin in the Main Square, home to the church of Compañía de Jesus and the imposing Cusco Cathedral. The tour continues through San Blas, one of Cusco’s most emblematic neighborhoods. Originally inhabited by the Inca nobility, San Blas is now renowned for its prestigious artisan workshops. Among its greatest attractions is San Blas Church, famous for its priceless pulpit intricately carved by a master indigenous woodcarver. The descent continues towards the Coricancha also known as "The temple of the Sun", before continuing through Plaza Regocijo and to Plaza San Francisco. The tour ends at San Pedro Market, where you will experience a sensory feast of products from different regions of Cusco. Afterwards, you will return to your hotel for lunch on your own and an afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Cusco. (Breakfast)
-
After breakfast, you will have an early transfer from your hotel in Cusco to the starting point of the trek to the impressive Palcoyo mountain range. Like Vinicunca, the 7-Colored Mountain, Palcoyo’s vibrant colors arise from minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, among others, which have accumulated over millions of years, creating a stunning visual spectacle. Unlike Vinicunca, reaching the Palcoyo mountain range involves a moderate and accessible walk with no steep slopes, reaching a maximum elevation of 4,900 meters above sea level. Upon arrival, take a moment to enjoy the breathtaking views and appreciate the serene surroundings as this area experiences less foot traffic than Vinicunca. After this visit, begin the descent and enjoy a picnic lunch while continuing to enjoy the spectacular scenery. Following your meal, you will be transferred back to your hotel for a free evening. Dinner at leisure and overnight in Cusco. (Breakfast-Lunch)
-
