By submitting the authorization below, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed your itinerary/quote and confirm that traveller names, dates, flights, accommodations and other travel arrangements are correct.

• You have reviewed and agree to the Bucket List Travelers Booking Terms & Conditions, including applicable cancellation, change, refund and non-refundable payment policies.

• You understand that your booking may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable travel supplier.

• You authorize Bucket List Travelers to proceed with the approved travel arrangements and agreed payment.
